I shipped off a larger personal package today measured at home at 36x22.8x9.6 and the guy at the counter measured it and put 37x24x11 into the system which ended up charging me about 40% more in shipping costs! I could see him measure the height and it was clearly below 10 inches with some margin. I wouldn't have minded them rounding up to the nearest inch but to go a whole inch more is absurd. I asked him about and he just blew me off. Pretty scummy deal by them. So beware if shipping your own package. That said, whenever doing Amazon returns I have a great experience and have really liked this location.

This local store is rumored not to give lowest rate. Did a test and weighed and measured it at usps and looked it up online ups. Took it to store and the $55 rating was over $100. Showed the guy my phone and he changed it. Still don’t know how I was charged $62 for the ticket. He also didn’t confirm address was correct.

Great Experience!!! I always stopby at this store for my shipping and return needs. Mohan & Dhan, both of them are very helpful and friendly. They take care of their customers well. Highly recommended for all kinds of shipping, printing and returns stuffs.
